1. Plant Manager, Location: Nalbari, Assam

 

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for plant production, quality inspection, optimization of resources, manpower management, inventory, material receiving & and dispatches.

• Ensuring SOP, documentation/reports completion of every operator

• Reporting problems and providing solutions and guidance

• Ensuring safe practices at all levels of working

• Material verification, team management

• Reporting problems, and breakdowns and providing solutions and guidance

• Quality inspection of production material

• Manpower allocation

 

Requirements

• Engineering/Diploma degree with 7-10 years of experience in waste management/manufacturing organization

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior recycling/refurbishing experience

• Knowledge of latest manufacturing processes, labour laws, setting up SOP

2. Logistics Executive, Location: Guwahati, Assam

 

Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics operations and coordinate transportation activities

• Monitor the movement of goods and ensure they are delivered on time

• Negotiate and establish contracts with suppliers, carriers, and customers

• Develop and implement strategies for the efficient distribution of goods

• Monitor and optimize the supply chain process from collection to distribution

• Analyse and report on logistics performance metrics

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

• Oversee loading and unloading of goods at clients' premises and factory
   

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree. Additional certification or diploma in Supply Chain Management/Logistics would be an added advantage

• 2-3 years of experience as a logistics executive or similar position

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Travel requirement out of station: 30-40%
